Letter from the Chief: Whether you are a citizen of our fire district, or just visiting, welcome and thank you for your interest in Laramie County Fire District # 1. I am proud to serve as the Fire Chief for all of the residents within our 180 square miles of jurisdiction, as well as the surrounding areas that we assist in their time of need, as they do in ours. I have been with Laramie County Fire District #1 since 2012, and every day have been pleased to see the vast potential in Fire and Safety that this community can provide for its citizens. I am always making progress, thanks to the ceaseless efforts of the firefighters of this district who serve you, to provide the best possible emergency response, fire prevention and safety, and customer service possible. Website Accessibility Policy
Laramie County Fire District #1 is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Laramie County Fire District #1
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
other impairments to understand and use the website to the same degree as someone without disabilities. We welcome
