Letter from the Chief:
Whether you are a citizen of our fire district, or just visiting, welcome and thank you for your interest in Laramie County Fire District # 1.
I am proud to serve as the Fire Chief for all of the residents within our 180 square miles of jurisdiction, as well as the surrounding areas that we assist in their time of need, as they do in ours. I have been with Laramie County Fire District #1 since 2012, and every day have been pleased to see the vast potential in Fire and Safety that this community can provide for its citizens. I am always making progress, thanks to the ceaseless efforts of the firefighters of this district who serve you, to provide the best possible emergency response, fire prevention and safety, and customer service possible.

Laramie County Fire District#1 Senior Leadership
Chief Conner has been in the fire service since 2004 and has been part of Wyoming his whole life. His position as Assistant Chief is now paid but as a volunteer position, he dedicated thousands of hours over the past 11 years to Laramie County and its constituents. His knowledge of the local administrations, government officials, and the fire service, have made him a vital resource to the local community.

Division Chief of Training
Chief Kaiser has been part of Wyoming his whole life, and has been part of Laramie County Fire District #1 since 2012. He currently lives in Laramie and is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Physical Therapy. He volunteers copious amounts of time to maintaining and cultivating the up and coming recruits of Laramie County Fire District #1, as well as providing excellent training sessions that ensure growth and refinement from the senior firefighters.
